The fireworks display was spectacular in Sydney – but I may be biased as it was the first time I’ve seen it in person.
I’m not going to bore you with my talk of resolutions; I’m not resolving anything firmly because I don’t think that resolutions should revolve around a date on the calendar, they should be rolling goals, made at any time when they are appropriate. I’ve realized that I’ve been quite bad about writing for this blog and I (cough) resolve (cough) to write on this blog once a week. As I don’t think anyone really reads this blog quite yet, I’m going to share this publicly on my personal twitter so I’m actually accountable to people who actually see my Twitter feed, though again, that’s probably not many.
I’ll be delving back through my personal travel experiences, which have been many, as well as my current experiences here in Sydney (mostly brunch…though I will go back through some of the sights I’ve seen as well). For those of you that know me, please feel free to request my impressions on places that you know I’ve been – this is not my first New Year’s abroad.
I’m also going to do some work to be more digitally social with the travel community and the community here in Sydney. So…if you’re in Sydney don’t hesitate to connect.
Wishing you all a happy and healthy 2014!
